Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Waste Management Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer communications, service requests, and relationship-building activities. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the operations team, ensuring smooth waste collection services and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with operations, drivers, and field staff to ensure timely waste collection and service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, service schedules, and communication logs.
- Follow up with customers regarding service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in customer onboarding, contract renewals, and account management.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Generate customer service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage customer expectations.
