The Instagram Growth Specialist will be responsible for rapidly scaling IPL’s presence on Instagram through high-retention reels, strong personal storytelling, creator-style content, and trend-led experimentation. This is a specialist, creator-style role. The selected candidate will be the face of IPL’s Instagram page and must be fully comfortable appearing on camera, hosting reels, speaking directly to the audience, and recording videos frequently. A portfolio demonstrating on-camera content, reels, or creator-focused work is mandatory.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead brand positioning and GTM strategies for programs and offerings
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Own and scale digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, affiliates)
- Optimize lead generation funnels and reduce CAC
- Track and improve conversion rates across the marketing funnel
- Strengthen brand presence in the EdTech and product management ecosystem
- Lead content strategy including thought leadership, webinars, and social media
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for storytelling and brand visibility
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams for alignment
- Drive a culture of data-driven decision making
- Monitor KPIs such as ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates
- Use analytics tools to derive insights and optimize campaigns
- Present performance reports to leadership
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, with significant exposure to EdTech
- Proven experience in scaling digital marketing and lead generation
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, and marketing automation
- Experience in managing large budgets and multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in B2C education or executive education programs
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
