We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Specialsit to manage end-to-end human resource operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations while supporting business growth through effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to on boarding.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely hiring.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various job portals and social media.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
Performance Management
- Conduct probation and performance reviews.
- Coordinate employee appraisals and maintain performance records.
- Work with managers to define KPIs and performance improvement plans.
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain HRMIS/employee databases and generate HR reports.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and training programs.
- Address employee grievances and promote a positive work culture.
- Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys.
Policy & Compliance
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
- Support audits and maintain HR-related documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in performance management and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
