• Ensure design and manage end-to-end induction and onboarding programs for new joiners across levels and functions • Ensure timely completion of onboarding activities, including policies, SOPs, compliance, and mandatory trainings • Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Functional Heads, L&D, IT, Admin, and Facilities for seamless onboarding • Manage onboarding calendars, sessions, communication, and joining-day experience • Facilitate or coordinate new hire orientation sessions (culture, values, ethics, policies, systems) • Track onboarding effectiveness using feedback, engagement metrics, and early attrition data • Maintain onboarding documentation, records, and dashboards as per internal standards • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance new hire experience • Leverage digital onboarding platforms / LMS for automation and scalability • Act as a key point of contact for new joiners during the onboarding phase
