At PropLegit, we’re building an industry leading intelilgence and risk management infrastructure for financial institutions and property owners in India.
We're looking for a curious, proactive, and hungry-to-learn Business Development Associate. This is an entry-level role, but not a passive one. You'll work directly with the sales lead and co-founder, drive outreach, build strategic partnerships, and move conversations forward across the BFSI, real estate, and legal ecosystem.
If you enjoy research, communication, networking, and figuring things out to solve challenges — this role will give you real exposure and fast growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Research & Pipeline Building
- Research potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Identify relevant decision-makers across real estate, legal, and BFSI sectors
- Build and maintain structured lead pipelines with contacts and intelligence
Outreach & Follow-Ups
- Execute personalised email, LinkedIn, and calling outreach
- Follow up timely and consistently, and build trusted relationships
- Move conversations through the sales pipeline with purpose
Strategic Partnerships
- Help build alliances with real estate professionals, legal firms, advocates, and channel partners
- Coordinate onboarding conversations and partnership discussions
- Support expansion initiatives for PropLegit services and products
Operations & Coordination
- Maintain clean databases, trackers, and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and research notes for target accounts

Freshers are absolutely welcome. Degrees don’t impress us as much as energy, curiosity, consistency, and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
