Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and update automated test scripts to ensure alignment with changing requirements and system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot automation issues effectively.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration of automation tools within continuous integration pipelines.
Additional Information:
