Mandatory Requirements
Functional Expertise
- Expert-level knowledge of Odoo v15–v19 modules and workflows.
- Experience handling end-to-end Odoo implementations.
- Business process analysis and solution architecture.
- Client consultation and project management experience.
- Expertise in Community and Enterprise editions.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced Ubuntu/Linux administration.
- Docker deployment and infrastructure management.
- PostgreSQL database optimization and migration.
- Odoo server deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- GitHub workflows and CI/CD concepts.
- DNS, domain, email, and server management.
- Data migration from ERP, CRM, Excel, and third-party platforms into Odoo.
- Odoo backend customization and troubleshooting.
Skills
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and technology solutions.

Preferred Requirements
- Experience with AI and Local LLM deployment (Ollama, OpenClaw, Llama).
- Integration with external APIs and third-party systems.
- DigitalOcean, AWS, or cloud infrastructure experience.
- Advanced networking knowledge (routers, firewalls, VPNs, biometric integrations).
- Exposure to automation, workflow optimization, and AI-driven business solutions.
