Role Overview
We’re looking for a vision-driven creative leader who can own the voice, storytelling, and visual narrative of Lakyou Beauty. This role blends strategic thinking + content execution, ideal for someone who understands beauty, trends, and high-converting content.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Copy Leadership
Develop compelling brand voice & messaging guidelines
Write high-impact ad copies, captions, website content, product descriptions
Craft storytelling-led campaigns that drive engagement & conversions
Creative Direction
Lead photoshoot concepts, moodboards, and campaign ideas
Collaborate with designers, editors, and performance marketers
Ensure all content aligns with premium beauty aesthetics
Social Media Strategy
Plan and oversee Instagram, TikTok, and content calendar
Identify and execute viral trends, reels, hooks, and formats
Optimize content for engagement + performance marketing
Campaign & Brand Building
Conceptualize product launches, festive campaigns, influencer campaigns
Create UGC strategies and storytelling frameworks
Build a distinct, aspirational brand identity
Requirements
2-4 years in beauty, fashion, or D2C brands
Strong portfolio in copywriting + campaign ideation
Deep understanding of Instagram, short-form video & ad creatives
Experience working with performance marketing teams
Aesthetic sense aligned with premium beauty brands
