Desired Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed organization in a similar role.
- Excellent in networking and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a graduate.
- Familiarity with Automobile Segment will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from Ernakulam district is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate joining formalities of new joiners across the branches
- Coordination of new joiner’s orientation across the branches
- Facilitate employee engagement activities across the group
- Assist in payroll functions
- Coordination with branch admins across the group on various requirements
- Office & Facility Management
- Coordination of Meetings & Events at different locations.
- Employees travel management.
