About Us
Lahara Protocol is engineering next-generation decentralized infrastructure uniting post-quantum blockchain security, DePIN networks, and autonomous intelligence. While our core protocol handles distributed consensus and compute, our ecosystem relies heavily on performant, highly intuitive web platforms, operational analytics dashboards, and developer interfaces.
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to work full-time on-site from our Kakkanad office, owning client-facing applications, network monitoring dashboards, and internal protocol management tools.
Work Location & Relocation Requirement
- This is a strictly 100% in-office role based at our workspace in Kakkanad, Kochi.
- Candidates not currently based in Kochi must be ready and willing to relocate prior to joining.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Build, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications, network explorers, and administrative dashboards using React.js and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Next.js).
- Design and implement high-throughput RESTful APIs and WebSocket services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Model, index, and manage document datastores in MongoDB, ensuring schema optimization and sub-second query latency.
- Interface web applications directly with backend telemetry pipelines, decentralized storage, and AI service microservices.
- Manage state, caching, and client-side performance using modern tools (Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, Zustand).
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of full-stack production software development experience centered on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of React workflows (Hooks, Context, SSR/SSG patterns) and component modularity.
- Solid grasp of database architecture, aggregation pipelines, and schema indexing in MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with API security, authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2, session handling), and rate limiting.
- Full commitment to working collaboratively on-site in a team-first environment.

- Familiarity with connecting web frontends to Web3/blockchain interfaces (ethers.js, viem, or wagmi).
- Experience deploying containerized full-stack apps via Docker and basic CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with real-time architectures using Socket.io or message streams.
