Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage recruitment, employee relations, and core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and the ability to independently handle HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles
- Organize employee engagement and training initiatives
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
