Job Summary
NEETDEEP Group is seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager with up to 5 years of experience in ELV and construction project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of ELV and construction projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained throughout project execution.
- Prepare BOQs, project documentation, progress reports, and project completion reports.
- Identify project risks and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ELV, MEP, or Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including:
- CCTV
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Structured Cabling & Networking
- Audio-Visual (AV) Systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, BOQ preparation, vendor management, and client coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and project management software is an added advantage.
