Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service,Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the selection process for frames and lenses.
-Sales Transactions, Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
-Product Knowledge,Provide information about different lens types, frame materials, and coatings. Frame and Lens Adjustments: Perform basic adjustments and fittings to ensure glasses are comfortable and properly positioned.
- Assist with receiving and organizing new stock, maintaining a fully stocked store, and managing eyewear orders. Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable.
-Administrative Tasks Schedule appointments, manage paperwork, and handle customer inquiries.
