Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery & Visual Pedagogy: Design and implement highly engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum. Utilize modern instructional tools, such as smart boards, detailed diagrams, and 3D models, to clearly explain intricate systems (e.g., DNA replication, human anatomy, genetics, and plant physiology).
- Practical Lab Facilitation: Lead and manage laboratory experiments safely. Guide students through hands-on microscopy, dissection alternatives, bio-chemical testing, and structural identification to bridge theory with practical reality.
- Board & Competitive Exam Prep: Provide rigorous academic support to maximize student performance in Board Examinations. Deliver structured test-series, concept-mapping exercises, and application-oriented problem-solving sessions for medical entrance aspirations.
- Assessment & Analytics: Regularly design high-quality, balanced question papers, evaluate student progress, and maintain meticulous academic records. Provide constructive feedback during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).

Required Qualifications & Experience
