About the Role
Rich Robust Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. If you have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and have an interest in the stock market and financial services, we'd love to hear from you.
Your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, explain our financial products, and help them choose the right investment solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and explain our financial products and services.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in seminars, promotional events, and awareness programs when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of the stock market and investment products.
- Confidence in speaking with clients.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, or CRM software is an advantage.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, MBA, Finance preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Broking, Insurance, or Mutual Funds.
- Freshers with a strong interest in financial markets are welcome to apply.
