Position: Asst.Accounts Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining books of accounts.
- Day to day banking and accounts operation.
- Reconciliation of bank statement.
- Keeping track of payments and maintaining account / payments due.
- Monitoring revenue and expenses;
- Ensure Tally updation & MIS reporting of all reports
- Preparing annual budget (including monthly, quarterly, half yearly budget)
- Maintaining proper balance position to avoid deficit.
- Manage the preparation of the organization's budget
- Statutory taxes – control, compute and payment of Taxes on or before due dates.
- Coordination with CA, Tax Department etc and resolving issues if any related to TAX. Resolving issues if any and meeting deadlines.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Deduct proper Tax at Source wherever applicable
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
Qualification:
- MBA-Finance/ M.com
- Experience: 2-3 Years
- Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month {According to Experience and Skill}

- Tally, GST Filing, TDS, PF, ESI Excel
- BIKE MANDATORY (FOR BANK PURPOSES)
