What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable event plans.
Lead client communication from project briefing to final execution.
Collaborate with creative, production, operations, and vendor teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and project timelines.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate repeat business.
Handle on-site event coordination whenever required.
What We're Looking For
Experience in corporate events, conferences, brand activations, exhibitions, or experiential marketing.
Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Client-first mindset with attention to detail.
