About the Role
Toliday Trip Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in holiday package sales, customer relationship management, and achieving high sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle premium inbound and outbound travel inquiries.
- Design and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and DMC partners.
- Guide junior sales team members and share best sales practices.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Proven experience in travel sales, holiday package sales, or destination consulting.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM software and travel booking platforms will be an added advantage.
