About the Role
Lokdhara Welfare Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised School Program Coordinator to plan and execute educational and extracurricular activities in government and private schools. The role involves coordinating with school authorities, organising competitions, and ensuring the successful implementation of every event.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned schools and introduce Lokdhara Welfare Trust’s educational programs and competitions.
- Meet with Principals, Headmasters, Coordinators, and teachers to explain the objectives and benefits of the programs.
- Coordinate with the designated school representative for smooth planning and execution.
- Ensure that program information reaches parents through the school’s official WhatsApp groups or communication channels.
- Coordinate participant registrations and maintain accurate records.
- Collect participation details and coordinate with the school regarding fee collection.
- Receive the collected amount from the authorized school representative and submit it to the Trust as per guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Trust’s team to arrange certificates, medals, trophies, and other competition materials.
- Ensure timely execution of programs and maintain effective communication with both the school and the Trust.
- Submit program reports and feedback after completion of each activity.
Compensation
This is an Honorarium-Based, Performance-Linked engagement and not a fixed-salary position.
