Role-
1 Take production batch as per the planning and Picklist generated
2 Maintain Record of Batch in progress
3 Get the batch approved by QA
Responsibilities-
Assist Production Officer in checking availability of Stock (RM, WIP & FG) in SAP on receipt of Sales Forecasts / Firm Orders (from Tracker) & Calculate Additional Stock Requirement Based on the Production Order Batch Card, followup and receive material from RM stores, make necessary arrangement for resources required to produce bacth, monitor production process and instruct the helper to follow work instructions as per Production Order Batch Card. Record the necessary details (batch number, start and end time, additional material consumed, if any) on Production Order Batch Card On completion of entire batch, get the batch QC certified, enter the details in SAP and handover the batch to packaging/labeling section for packaging Identify Secrecy Code for all raw materials (RS, RT) & inform to In charge - RM Stores & Purchase department Provide assistance / guidance regarding production and packaging related queries Monitor production, identify abnormalities and losses, if any, document the same and inform superiors To comply with the requirements of Quality Management system Validation of Processes according to Lab process and parameters Tag the Batch as FG /WIP/In Process
AUTHORITIES-
1. Stop the Production in case of non-conformity observed during quality Check and Visual Check
2. Hold the material until approved by QA
3. Change the schedule according to orders from Manager PAD/Textile Production and Head Operation
COMPETENCE CRITERIA-
Mandatory - Above 70% in 10th and 12th. Diploma Graduate in Engineering or Science in Chemical Stream (B.E., BSc)
2-3 years in Manufacturing (Product Based) SME with 50+ workers.
