Job Overview
We are looking for Asst General Manager for Customer Value Management (CVM) and Digital Campaigns. In this role, you will own our central CVM platform and design national digital campaigns to boost revenue. You will lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with global tech giants to bring cutting-edge features to our business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Innovation
Lead the launch of disruptive tools and customer-focused communication capabilities
Align platform capabilities with the company's digital transformation goals.
Campaign & Journey Design
Design national campaigns and advanced customer journeys.
Use channels like WhatsApp, RCS, and our native app to achieve campaign ROI.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Lead cross-functional projects with IT, Finance, Brand, and Technical teams.
Manage strategic relationships with external partners like Meta and Google.
Drive new product development from idea to launch.
Operations & Business Impact
Own and optimize the daily operations framework for CVM platforms.
Drive key business metrics including ARPU growth and churn reduction.
Deliver clear productivity gains and cost savings through platform innovation.
Operational
Manage & Lead Platform lead Business Requirement Discussions , Business Case Approvals & Seamless roll outs/Deployments
Develop Control Mechanisms –Monitor & Manage Performance ; Scan Risks, Demand for Mitigation Plans & Channelize Partners
