Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Officer with strong experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, handling client relationships, delivering product demos, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, high self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the IT services/products domain.
- Conduct compelling product and solution demos for prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales/business development.
- Proven experience in product demos and client presentations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (Delhi office 1–2 days per week).
Preferred
- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, or software solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
