Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who will be
responsible for converting leads generated by the telecalling team into active customers. The candidate will
visit clients, present our services, and persuade them to engage with our workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit prospective and existing customers based on appointments scheduled by telecallers
Deliver effective presentations about company services and offerings
Convert leads into customers by building trust and demonstrating value
Drive customer visits to the workshop and increase service bookings
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Identify new business opportunities and generate additional leads through field activity
Follow up with clients to ensure closure and repeat business
Coordinate with telecalling and workshop teams for smooth operations
Maintain daily reports of visits, conversions, and pipeline status
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
Required Skills:
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills
Basic understanding of automobile services (preferred)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Good time management and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales/business development (automobile industry preferred)
Working Details:
Working Days: 6 days a week
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible based on field visits)
