Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information to customers
- Generate and follow up on leads to increase conversions
- Maintain customer databases and update records regularly
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or follow-up calls when required
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Prepare call reports and update CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary / Degree qualification preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales preferred
- Experience in CRM tools and lead management systems
- Sales and customer handling experience is an advantage
