Role Objective
Odisha -You are responsible for the day-to-day administrative, academic, and operational success of a single unit. Your primary goal is to ensure that the center meets its monthly enrollment, certification, and placement targets while maintaining 100% compliance with government guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Center Administration
- Oversee the opening and closing of the center, ensuring all facilities (IT labs, classrooms, washrooms) are functional and clean.
- Manage the biometric attendance system for both staff and students; troubleshoot any technical syncing issues with the central server.
- Maintain a professional and disciplined environment conducive to learning.
2. Mobilization & Admissions
- Lead the field team to conduct door-to-door surveys, school/college visits, and community meetings to ensure the center is running at 100% seat capacity.
- Conduct "Counseling Sessions" for walk-in candidates and parents to explain the benefits of the course and career prospects.
- Verify candidate eligibility (Age, ID proofs, BPL status) during the admission process to avoid audit defaults.
3. Training & Quality Monitoring
- Monitor classroom sessions to ensure trainers are following the daily lesson plans and using required AV aids.
- Ensure "Lab Practicals" are conducted regularly and students get hands-on experience with equipment.
- Organize guest lectures and "Soft Skills" workshops to improve student employability.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain physical and digital files for every candidate (Admissions, Attendance, Assessment, and Placement).
- Coordinate with the MIS Coordinator to ensure data on portals (Skill India, Kaushal Bharat, etc.) is updated daily.
- Act as the point of contact for government inspectors during physical verification visits.
5. Financial & Stock Management
- Manage petty cash for center expenses and maintain an accurate ledger.
- Keep an inventory of uniforms, books, and toolkit distribution; ensure timely requisition of training materials.

Education
Graduate in any stream (MBA or MSW preferred).
Experience
3–6 years in operations; at least 1–2 years as a Center/Branch Manager in Skill Dev or Education.
SOP Knowledge
Practical knowledge of DDU-GKY or PMKK operating manuals.
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and using web-based portals.
Behavioral
High degree of "Ownership," patience in dealing with rural youth, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
