Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented Butlers to manage and oversee household operations while delivering exceptional service to the principals and guests. The ideal candidate should have experience in luxury residences, villas, hospitality establishments, or private households and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to residents and guests.
- Oversee daily household operations and ensure smooth functioning of the residence.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, drivers, chefs, and other domestic staff.
- Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments as required.
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, and hospitality arrangements.
- Maintain household inventories and coordinate procurement of supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and upkeep of all living areas.
- Handle travel preparations, packing, unpacking, and special requests.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Assist with event setup and service for private gatherings when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Butler, House Manager, or in luxury hospitality.
- Experience in private residences, luxury villas, hotels, or resorts preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of hospitality and service etiquette.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to manage household staff and vendors effectively.
- Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
