Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate used car exchange deals between customers and the sales team.
- Inspect and collect details of the customer’s old vehicle for exchange.
- Arrange valuation of used cars through the evaluator or used car team.
- Update exchange vehicle details in the ERP/CRM system.
- Maintain records of exchange approvals and documents.
- Coordinate with the used car department for purchase and resale process.
- Ensure timely completion of exchange transactions during new car delivery.
- Track and report daily exchange enquiries and conversions.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and used car market
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Basic Excel knowledge
Qualification:
- Any degree or diploma
- Experience in automobile dealership / used car operations preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
