Designation: Marketing/Sales Executive
Qualifiaction: BBA / MBA preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration
Location: Gandhinagar,Ahmedabad Gujarat
Experience: 5-Years
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar industrial zones (such as GIDC areas) through cold calling, field visits, and digital networking.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Build a robust pipeline of B2B clients, pitch company products/services to procurement and technical heads, and convert leads into active corporate accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and gather feedback from the market to identify new product or service opportunities.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, visit logs, and pipeline updates to management.
- Negotiation & Closing: Prepare commercial proposals, handle price negotiations, and coordinate contract signings in compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for extensive local market traveling and client visits.
- Technical Comfort: Basic proficiency in using CRM software, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for client presentations and reporting.
- Key Traits: Self-motivated, highly energetic, resilient, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a field team.
- Work experience in Domestic Sales & marketing of FMCG, Consumer products
