Job Summary:
As an HR Recruiting Executive, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR and recruitment team. You’ll assist with job postings, candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in human resources and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on job boards, career pages, and social media
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with background checks and onboarding processes
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks as needed
- Proficiency in using digital tools and a reliable laptop with a stable internet connection mandatory
Qualification:
- Should completed MBA, specialised in HR
