Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Dispatch & Inventory Executive to manage order processing, inventory tracking, and dispatch operations across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily order processing from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
- Handle product packaging as per company standards
- Maintain proper inventory records and update stock after each dispatch
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipment
- Generate and share tracking IDs with customers/clients
- Ensure proper labeling and quality checks before dispatch
- Maintain inward and outward inventory records
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organized stock management
Requirements.
- 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience in warehouse management and stock maintenance.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in e-commerce or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of order processing or inventory systems
