What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. The planning, executing, tracking and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. These tasks span the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of result.
What are we looking for? • Minimum 4-6 years experience on Project Management • Excellent Communication Skills • Bachelor’s degree, willing to work across different shifts • Highly organized, detail oriented, and results focused • Need to have an ability to effectively handle tight deadlines and multiple projects • Managing client expectations with regards to quality and timelines • Good at interacting with clients over phone or email • Working with different teams to get the project completed by meeting the required quality standards • Experience in handling Microsoft Office production (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) • Working experience with campaign management • Quick learner and ability to highlight risks and issues • Ability to honor commitments and deadlines on assigned tasks • Ability to prioritize tasks, complete assignments and Multitask. • Project Manager expected to perform thorough proof reading before artefacts are sent to the client • Project Management is a must. Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard platform will be an added advantage • Certifications like PMP will be an added advantage • Working experience on JIRA or Workfront would be an advantage • Proficiency is Spanish mandatory and Portuguese is good to have
Roles and Responsibilities: ? Understanding client requirements for developing email and other omni-channel content ? Managing the email content and getting it created as per the requirements provided by client ? Managing the segmentation and data requirements and getting workflow created as per the requirements provided by client ? Maintaining high quality standards for the email content and segmentation and ensuring the timelines are met ? Adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements ? Follow ups with Marketing Manager for the required feedback/approvals ? Communication/support to the onshore team ? Co-ordinating with various stakeholders ? Constantly updating the campaign status to stakeholders and red flag if there are any issues ? Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the brand ? Lead Business discussions and manage client expectations on the project and is able to negotiate/align on plans
Any Graduation
