- Craft powerful B2B communication that makes complex products, services, and ideas feel simple, relevant, and convincing.
- Shape internal communication and employer branding narratives, from leadership messaging and culture stories to stakeholder reports and employee engagement initiatives. You will help define how organisations speak to their own people.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and client engagement teams to unpack briefs, spot messaging gaps, and build cohesive, insight-led solutions.
- Guard brand voice across every touchpoint. Tone, consistency, clarity. You become the person who ensures the brand sounds like itself, everywhere.
- Stay curious and plugged into industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving content standards in the B2B and marketing landscape.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from concept to execution to rollout.
- Edit and proofread with precision and pride. High editorial standards are not optional. They are your signature.
- 3 to 5 years in copywriting, ideally in an agency where you have learned to think fast and write even faster.
- You come with a portfolio that shows range. Snappy short-form, thoughtful long-form, and the confidence to switch tones without losing the plot.
- Strong B2B chops. You know how to speak to decision-makers without sounding dull or overcomplicated.
- Experience in internal communications and employer branding. You understand culture, leadership voice, and the nuance of speaking to people from the inside.
- Conceptually sharp, brand-aware, and consistent. You do not just write words. You shape voice.
