Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. By applying your business and functional knowledge, you will drive the implementation of key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled with precision and care.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and management.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
