We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to support our in-house offshore creative team at a business software company. This role is responsible for managing the intake, execution, and delivery of creative requests across a wide range of asset types, including event signage, digital ads, blogs, brochures, presentations, social cards, and videos. You will act as the operational backbone of the creative function—ensuring projects move efficiently from brief to final delivery, remain aligned with brand standards, and meet stakeholder expectations. This role matters because creative excellence at scale depends on strong coordination, clarity, and quality control.
Own the end-to-end management of creative requests, from intake and prioritization through production, review, and final delivery across multiple asset types and channels.
- Partner closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors, providing clear briefs, timelines, and context to enable efficient, on-brand execution.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality standards, reviewing outputs against established guidelines, templates, and existing assets before final delivery.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and workflows to optimize project tracking, briefing, versioning, and feedback cycles while maintaining human oversight.
- Manage feedback and iteration cycles, coordinating revisions between stakeholders and the creative team to keep work on schedule and aligned to goals.
Proven project management experience supporting creative, marketing, or production teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with generative AI or automation tools used for workflow optimization, creative production, or content review.
- Strong ability to manage creative deliverables from brief to final asset, including timelines, dependencies, and quality checks.
- Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills with English speaking stakeholders, with experience working across time zones and cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting B2B, SaaS, or technology brands, working within established brand systems.
- Proficiency with creative project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar) and digital asset management platforms.
- Background working with or coordinating distributed creative teams.
- Strong command of AI to help streamline workflows, surface insights, and reduce manual overhead—but your value lies in applying judgment: setting priorities, resolving ambiguity, and ensuring quality
- Solid project management skills and ensures efficiency never comes at the expense of brand integrity, enabling the creative team to move faster while delivering thoughtful, high-impact work
· Great remote collaboration skills to coordinate smoothly with Project Managers, requestors and colleagues in English
- A performance mindset to learn from feedback and adding value through shaping narrative flow, emotional tone, pacing, and polish to every video
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal team skills
- Ability to travel up to 5%

Prefer college degree, AI certifications or related work experience.
Knowledge or experience with ClickUp, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite and other video design and AI tools is a plus.
