Job Title: Tele caller Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements.
- Understand customer challenges and recommend appropriate Ledsak.ai solutions.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and sales updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, demo, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Product and Customer Success teams for smooth onboarding.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and CRM technologies.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Confidence in conducting online product demonstrations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Good understanding of lead qualification and sales funnel management.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
