Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and branding with experience in creating event layouts, stage designs, and marketing materials. You will work closely with our event planning and production teams to bring innovative and visually appealing concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Design branding and promotional materials, including banners, flyers, invitations, social media posts, and digital ads.
- Develop creative concepts for logos, presentations, and marketing collateral for events.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and event themes.
- Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with event planners, marketing teams, and clients to understand design requirements.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, or related fields.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, textures, and materials.
- Experience in event industry design is a plus.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Familiarity with AR/VR technologies for immersive event experiences.
- Basic knowledge of printing and production processes.
