Rutova Stays is a fast-growing serviced apartment brand in Delhi, offering premium accommodations for business travelers, families, medical tourists, corporate guests, and long-stay visitors. We are looking for a proactive Booking Executive who can maximize occupancy, provide exceptional guest support, and manage reservations across multiple booking platforms.
Reservation Management
- Handle bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, and direct website inquiries.
- Respond to guest inquiries within 2–5 minutes.
- Manage reservation confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Ensure booking details are accurate before guest arrival.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Operations Team.
Revenue & Occupancy Management
- Monitor occupancy levels daily.
- Optimize room allocation.
- Suggest pricing updates based on demand.
- Coordinate with Revenue Manager to maximize ADR and RevPAR.
- Reduce vacant nights and booking gaps.
Guest Communication
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and OTA messages professionally.
- Share property details and payment instructions.
- Assist guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Handle special requests and upselling opportunities.
PMS & Channel Manager
- Update reservations in the PMS.
- Maintain rate parity across OTAs.
- Ensure inventory synchronization.
- Report booking discrepancies immediately.
Coordination
- Inform Housekeeping about arrivals and departures.
- Coordinate maintenance for room readiness.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Follow up on guest feedback and reviews.
Sales Responsibilities
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Upsell room upgrades and long-stay packages.
- Build relationships with corporate clients and repeat guests.
- Generate direct bookings through WhatsApp and phone inquiries.

- Create upselling messages for airport transfers, early check-in, late check-out, long stays, and premium apartments.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
