Job Position : Design Engineer / Application Engineer ( Engineering Services)
Job Type : Full Time / Work from office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients.
- Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product
- Documentation of service and support
- Generate Service request and resolve customer issue.
- Learn new and upcoming products of SOLIDWORKS.
- Complete product e-learning and certification as required by SOLIDWORKS.
* Deliver webinars related to SOLIDWORKS
Proficiency: SOLIDWORKS Proficient with at least 0-3 years of industrial experience.
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, Ms. Excel proficiency required.
