Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple software development projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project schedules, sprint plans, and task assignments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Track project performance using Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Manage change requests and ensure project documentation is up to date.
- Monitor resource allocation and optimize team productivity.
- Ensure software quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.
- Drive continuous process improvement and promote Agile best practices.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
