As a Specialist, Business Development Intelligence and Enablement, you will support alliance and growth platform operations by coordinating business development activities, maintaining pipeline and compliance processes, and preparing materials that enable informed decision-making. You will work across stakeholders to improve operational consistency, support go-to-market priorities, and help teams execute against strategic objectives. This role requires strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Business Development Intelligence and Enablement on the Alliances team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating alliance community activities, including meetings, training sessions, communications, newsletters, and follow-up actions.
- Supporting operational requests for alliance teams by managing workflows, maintaining process documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Assisting with pipeline and sales support activities, including opportunity research, meeting coordination, action tracking, and updates to internal systems.
- Maintaining proposal, collateral, and collaboration repositories to support business development and pursuit activities.
- Preparing and reviewing briefings, presentations, reports, and compliance tracking materials for alliance and leadership stakeholders.
The team
Deloitte Consulting Alliances Team is made up of professional alliance managers, alliance marketers and technical architects who understand the principles that drive successful alliance relationships. Together, they enable differentiated, innovative go-to-market solutions between our practice and alliance partners that bring quantified value to our clients and incremental revenue to the firm.
Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Pune/ Chennai/ Kolkata/ Gurgaon
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 4+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with or supporting a growth platform, alliance program, or vendor management function.
- Experience supporting alliance certification campaigns, event support and return on investment tracking, third-party risk management, sponsorship activities, automation initiatives, budget tracking, or collateral management.
- Experience using customer relationship management systems, business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for pipeline, key performance indicator, or compliance reporting.
- Experience working with partner portals, deal registration processes, market development funds, or certification tracking.
- Experience creating presentations, reports, meeting materials, or executive briefings using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, or OneNote.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting quick-turnaround projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience working with large project teams.
- Experience with market research, product development, or go-to-market activities for an alliance, partner, or vendor management organization.
- 2+ years of experience working with a systems integrator.
