Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through job portals such as WorkIndia, Naukri.com, Indeed India, and LinkedIn. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Work India, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Post job openings on multiple job portals and recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Generate daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Salary negotiation, and on boarding processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Required Skills:
- Experience using Work India, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Fresher’s with portal handling knowledge can also apply).
- Experience in bulk hiring, non-IT, sales is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on recruitment through Work India, Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in sourcing candidates for sales, operations, customer support, field staff, and corporate roles.
Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹14,644.55 per month
Work Location: In person
