Kimpex Business Solutions is building a high-performance mortgage processing team supporting Canadian mortgage brokerages.
We are looking for experienced Credit Analysts / Underwriters / Mortgage Officers who want to move beyond routine lending roles into a more analytical, international, and process-driven environment.
This is not a volume-processing role — it requires strong financial understanding and decision-oriented thinking.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for analyzing borrower financials, structuring loan files, and supporting mortgage decision-making for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze income, credit, and financial documents in detail
- Review complex borrower profiles and identify risk factors
- Structure complete and high-quality loan files
- Ensure documentation meets international mortgage standards
- Work closely with mortgage professionals on deal assessment
Mandatory Experience (Strict Filter)
- 3+ years experience as a Credit Analyst / Underwriter / Credit Officer
- Background in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services is mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in income assessment and credit evaluation
- Candidates having Underwriting /Credit Experience only apply
