Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate Degree (PG) is Mandatory
- 2–3 years of experience in the education field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage academic and administrative responsibilities effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in overseeing daily institutional operations.
- Monitor academic performance and ensure quality education standards.
- Coordinate and support faculty members and administrative staff.
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Plan and manage academic activities, examinations, and events.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Support institutional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
