Responsibilities:
Maintain master execution tracker for all departments
Convert CEO decisions into actionable tasks
Assign owners, deadlines, and follow-ups
Conduct weekly execution review meetings
Track delays, risks, and dependencies
Ensure inter-department alignment (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Finance)
Prepare weekly CEO dashboard
Ensure “no task is forgotten or delayed without escalation”
