Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and promotions.
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for the service team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer support.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
