Job Summary
Sri Baby Properties is looking for a Guest Relation Executive to deliver a professional and seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, manage front-office operations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments.
- Coordinate client meetings and property site visits.
- Maintain visitor records and customer information.
- Support the sales team in ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and monitor the attendance records of housekeeping and security.
- Perform general front-office and administrative support activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
