Job Summary
Warehouse International Private Limited is looking for a talented and result-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and improve sales performance across various e-commerce platforms. The candidate should have good knowledge of product listings, order management, online promotions, and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Update product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory regularly.
- Handle order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor online sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Run promotional campaigns and marketplace advertisements.
- Maintain catalogue accuracy and optimize product visibility.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure smooth marketplace operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
- Inventory and catalogue management knowledge
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
