- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, wines, and Champagnes according to specified recipes and standards
- Use measuring systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in drink preparation
- Answer guest questions about wine origin, vintage, style, and cocktail ingredients
- Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles professionally
Bar Operations & Inventory
- Check quality and quantity of all stock and supplies daily
- Requisition supplies and perform bottle-for-bottle liquor restock
- Manage monthly beverage stock take and analyze results
- Ensure efficient stock management, rotation, and replenishment
- Monitor beverage costs and ensure pricing aligns with competitors
Leadership & Training
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
- Plan development and training of F&B Assistants and monitor their performance
- Serve as a role model and ensure staff work together as a team
- Train bartenders to ensure beverage knowledge and service levels meet standards
Guest Service
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs with genuine appreciation
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit and handle complaints professionally
- Communicate last call at designated closing time
Administrative & Compliance
- Count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure bank
- Ensure POS terminals have updated products, menus, and pricing
- Follow all company, safety, security, and liquor regulations (including serving minors/intoxicated guests)
- Implement health and safety procedures and report accidents/injuries
Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Maintain clean, organized bar environment
- Ensure all bars, restaurants, and function rooms are presentable
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
- Ensure food and beverage equipment is regularly maintained
Pay: ₹20,981.18 - ₹45,000.00 per month
