Technical Support
- Provide help desk support to employees (via phone, email, or in person).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
- Set up and maintain user accounts and access permissions.

- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and backups.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Assist in network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VPN).

2. System & Network Maintenance
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and backups.

- Install and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and IT equipment.
3. Security & Compliance
- Implement and maintain security measures (firewalls, antivirus, two-factor authentication).
- Ensure data protection and confidentiality across systems.
- Report suspicious activity such as data theft or unauthorized access.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
4. Collaboration & Documentation
- Work under the supervision of senior IT staff and external vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation (user manuals, troubleshooting guides).
- Suggest workflow improvements and assist in ERP or enterprise system installations.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
