Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively calling prospective printing firms, packaging units, and corporate clients to introduce printing machinery (e.g., offset, digital, screen printers) and generating sales leads.
- Product Explanations: Explaining the technical features, benefits, and pricing of different printing machines to prospective buyers.
- Following Up on Leads: Following up with potential clients who have requested information or previously inquired about machines to convert them into sales.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintaining a detailed database of clients, recording call notes, and updating customer information in a CRM system or Excel sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or appointments scheduled for the field sales team.
- Resolving Inquiries & Complaints: Addressing inbound customer inquiries regarding machine specifications, pricing, and resolving any complaints or issues.
- Coordinating with Sales Team: Transferring qualified leads to the sales department for final closing.
- Feedback Collection: Gathering market intelligence and customer feedback on machines and competitor products to help the company improve its offerings.
